Publish in Collaboration with MSPL

MSPL invites academic institutions and individual scholars worldwide to commission the publication and editorial management of English-language academic journals with a focus on arts and humanities. We provide comprehensive publishing support, including editorial management, coordination of peer review, typesetting, DOI registration, and open-access dissemination.

Eligible journals should have a clear disciplinary focus and research orientation, while adhering strictly to academic standards. MSPL emphasizes maintaining the journal’s independence and neutrality, ensuring that all scholarly content is published free from commercial or political influence, and fully respecting academic freedom and diverse perspectives.

We welcome collaboration with journals in the fields of arts, humanities, and related interdisciplinary studies, whether newly established or with an existing publication record. MSPL offers professional and transparent services to help journals enhance their international visibility, academic reputation, and overall quality.

Interested parties are invited to submit information about their journal, including basic details, publication plans, and academic scope. All submissions will be evaluated based on academic merit, publishing standards, and adherence to neutrality principles. Journals whose applications pass the evaluation will be considered for further collaboration.

MSPL Advocates the Establishment of an International Academic Publishers Alliance

In the increasingly concentrated and standardized global academic publishing landscape, the commercialized operations and overly stringent “standards” of a few large publishers have significantly restricted innovative ideas and academic diversity. MSPL is committed to promoting fair, transparent, and open scholarly publishing, actively supporting academic freedom and innovation.

We invite non-profit, open-access small and medium-sized academic publishers worldwide to join us in forming an International Academic Publishers Alliance. Participating journals should operate independently, avoid commercial interference and predatory practices, and uphold fairness, transparency, and integrity, ensuring that high-quality research is accessible to all scholars.

Through this alliance, we aim to support journals that maintain rigorous peer review, preserve editorial independence, and prioritize scholarly merit. Together, we can counteract the monopolization of academic knowledge and build a global publishing network that champions openness, diversity, and equity.
