Dear Participants,

We are pleased to provide the following important information regarding the forum:

1. Registration Fees and Expenses
The forum requires a registration fee only. No additional fees will be charged under any circumstances, including (but not limited to) oral presentation fees, material fees, or publication fees. Furthermore, the forum does not involve any commercial or profit-oriented activities.Participants are responsible for covering their own travel expenses to and from Kyoto (including airfare or other transportation), accommodation, meals (except for the welcome dinner and networking dinner, which will be provided by the organizers), travel and health insurance, and any other personal expenses.
2. Abstract Acceptance and Registration Process
Authors whose abstracts have been reviewed, accepted, and who have received the registration form are considered eligible for oral presentation and full paper submission.
Please proceed with completing the registration form and submitting the registration fee. Upon receipt of both, an official invitation letter and invoice will be issued via email, confirming your final registration.
3. Publication Process
The forum follows a complete academic process consisting of four stages: abstract review, oral presentation, manuscript revision, and final publication.
After passing the abstract review, submitted full papers will be eligible for publication provided they are free of academic misconduct and have satisfactorily addressed all revision comments.
4. Consistency and Authorship
Please ensure that the content of your full paper and oral presentation remains consistent with the accepted abstract.
In addition, authorship should remain unchanged as far as possible.
5. Presentation Guidelines
A detailed forum guideline will be released in July, providing comprehensive information.
Presentation slides should follow a 4:3 format, and each oral presentation should be 25–30 minutes in duration. Multiple authors of the same paper may present together; however, the total presentation time will remain the same.
6. Participation and Inquiries
Participant slots are currently being allocated. If you have any further questions or require clarification, please do not hesitate to contact us via email.

7. Volunteer Recruitment

The forum is currently recruiting two volunteers. Applicants should be fluent in both Japanese and English for effective communication. If you are interested in participating, please contact us via email.

We sincerely look forward to your participation in Kyoto.
